01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing deepmargin.space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal provisions. This is a binding electronic contract between you and Deep Margin Language School, located at
İstiklal Cd. No:142, 34430 Beyoğlu/İstanbul.We reserve the right to modify these terms at any interval to reflect changes in Turkish law or our evolving educational methodologies. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
02. Intellectual & Scholarly Property
All pedagogical materials, including course structures, vocabulary databases, proprietary phonics guides, and visual assets, are the exclusive property of Deep Margin. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access these for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
Usage Constraint
Modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our curriculum without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of admission privileges.

Transparency
We do not hide behind complex legalese. Our terms are designed to be as clear as our English grammar lessons.
Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Use of the site for any unlawful legal activity is grounds for termination.
Local Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Istanbul.
Operational Boundaries
Account Integrity
One user, one seat. Sharing account access with non-enrolled students undermines the teacher-student ratio we work hard to maintain. Violations lead to account lockouts.
Support DeskRefund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to course commencement qualify for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
View RatesLimit of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime, Deep Margin is not liable for technical interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure. Learning is a partnership.
